Published 2.1.27 has two of these:
include/md5global.h
win32/include/md5global.h

With old search path, 'include/md5global.h' was selected, but it's
the non-Windows version of the file. The difference is that 'long' is
8 bytes on Linux-x64 and 4 bytes on Windows-x64.

This fixes errors like
md5global.h(21) : error C2371: 'INT8' : redefinition; different basic types
